Acquerello ® will do everything possible to please all its Customers in the demand for the products.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by e-mail of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order. In the event that the product is not InStock, Acquerello ® will refund the money that has been paid for the purchase.

8. PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCTS

10. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

11. DEADLINES, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSS OF PRODUCTS

1. Product Delivery

    • Acquerello ® undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form.
    • Acquerello ® will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer in the order form is not precise and correct.

2. Delivery time

    • Shipments will be made through the transport service companies with which Acquerello ® has an agreement. Once your order is confirmed, we proceed to enlist and dispatch it. For products in stock, the dispatch will be made the next business day after the purchase is confirmed; The delivery of the product by the carrier will be from 1 to 5 business days. For products ordered to be manufactured, the dispatch will be made in 10 days after payment is approved.
    • Once the order has been dispatched, confirmed and delivered to the carrier, the customer will receive a dispatch notification in their email with the information of the guide number with which they can track their shipment through the page of the corresponding carrier. Acquerello ® is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order due to events of force majeure or fortuitous event. Acquerello ® will not be responsible either when it has not been possible to make the delivery at the indicated address for reasons directly attributable to the client. 3. Packet Loss

    • In case of loss or theft of the package sent, it is the responsibility of the transport company, who will initiate an investigation process to find the location of the package and will determine the procedure to request payment for the items contained in the lost package, taking into account the insured value.

4. Deliveries Not Made

    • If at the time of delivery the Client is absent, the courier company will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to make a new delivery.
    • If after five (05) business days after the delivery of the order has not been delivered, the Client must contact Acquerello ® via email info@acquerello.co or via WhatsApp +57 3205623162. In the event that the Client does not proceed in accordance, after five (05) business days from the date of delivery of the order, it will be returned to our warehouses and the client must bear the shipping costs and return to origin of the merchandise. , as well as the possible associated management costs.

5. Diligence in Delivery

    • The Client must check the good condition of the package before the courier company, indicating any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If later, once the product has been reviewed, the Client detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by the shipment, the Client undertakes to notify Acquerello ® via e-mail to sales@acquerello .co within twenty-four (24) hours after delivery. From that moment on, incidents of this type will not be dealt with (only parts under warranty).

6. Paquete incompleto

    • To initiate a claim process to the transport company for the lack of a product in the package, the Client must check the state in which it was received, indicating any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging.
    • The Customer agrees to notify Acquerello®️ via e-mail to sales@acquerello.co within twenty-four (24) hours from delivery, to request a formal claim to the transport company which will be valid within (21 ) calendar days counted from the moment the client receives the package.

12. CHANGES

When the change of a garment is required, it can be done in the following way: By writing to us through our Contact section here on our website www.acquerello.co, within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days after delivery. of the product.

It should be noted that:

  • Las prendas en promoción o con descuento, no tienen cambio.
  • Los cambios de las prendas siempre se realizarán por el valor por el que fueron compradas, en caso de que el cliente desee cambiar una prenda por una de mayor valor, deberá cancelar la diferencia.; y si es de menor valor no se hace la devolución del dinero y se procederá un saldo a favor del cliente.
  • La prenda no debe haber sido usada, y debe estar en el mismo estado en que se entregó.
  • El envío debe hacerse usando la misma caja y/o bolsa en que ha sido recibido para proteger el producto. Para el supuesto que no pueda hacerse con la caja y/o bolsa con la que se entregó, el Cliente deberá devolverlo en una caja protectora con el fin de que el producto llegue a las oficinas de Acquerello ® con las máximas garantías posibles.
  • Debe incluirse una copia del recibo de entrega dentro del paquete, donde además se marquen los productos devueltos y el motivo de la devolución.
  • En ningún caso habrá devolución del dinero.
  • Las prendas con descuento o promoción solo podrán cambiarse por garantía legal. Dichas prendas no admiten devolución.

13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

14. LEGAL WARRANTY

Acquerello ® offers the guarantee on the products purchased, under the terms established by law, responding for defects in quality, suitability, safety and good condition of the products offered. The warranty term established for the products offered by Acquerello ® is four (4) months.

To make the guarantee effective, you must be within the guarantee times and we must subject the product to a revision.

Once the legal warranty term expires, the customer must assume payment for any revision, diagnosis, repair and/or replacement required by the garments.

Acquerello ® does not make changes to products that have been damaged by improper use such as discoloration, use of chemicals or by non-compliance with the instructions for use indicated at the time of purchase. The warranty is covered by repair or replacement according to the criteria of Acquerello ® and the provisions of the regulations that regulate the matter. It is cause for loss of the guarantee if the client decides to make modifications to the garment.

When the garments are purchased through official Acquerello distributors, which are published on the website www.acquerello.co, the guarantee request must be made directly to the distributor.

Acquerello ® products are handmade, to guarantee the garments, the customer must take into account the following:

  • Si el defecto no se puede reparar, se le reemplazará por un modelo igual, si este no se encuentra disponible, el cliente podrá cambiarlo por cualquier otra prenda del mismo valor o mayor, cancelando la diferencia.
  • Si se produce el cambio total del producto por otro, el término de garantía empezará a correr nuevamente en su totalidad desde el momento de reposición. Si se cambia una o varias piezas o partes del bien, estas tendrán garantía propia.
  • El término de la garantía legal empezará a correr a partir de la entrega del producto al cliente.
  • Las reparaciones por garantía se realizarán en un plazo de un (01) mes aproximadamente, contado a partir de la fecha en la cual se recibe la prenda.
  • Los costos de los envíos de las garantías serán asumidos por Acquerello ®
  • Se entiende que los productos están conformes siempre que se ajusten a la descripción realizada por Acquerello®, tengan las cualidades presentadas, sean aptos para los usos a que ordinariamente se destinan los productos del mismo tipo y presenten la calidad y prestaciones habituales de un producto del mismo tipo.
  • Toda las piezas están hechas a mano en Colombia. Todos los pedidos se envían una vez que se recibe el pago completo por adelantado.

INSTRUCCIONES DE REPARACION

Envíe a la dirección que se indica a continuación. Por favor, asegúrese de que los artículos se devuelvan en una caja. Recomendamos utilizar un método rastreable con una firma requerida, ya que no somos responsables de los artículos perdidos o dañados durante el transporte.

15. EXONERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA GARANTÍA.

Acquerello ® se exonerará de la responsabilidad que se deriva de la garantía, cuando demuestre que el defecto proviene de:

1. El uso indebido del producto por parte del Cliente.

2. Cuando el Cliente no siguió las instrucciones para el cuidado del producto (ver Cuidado de producto).

3. Cumplido el termino de garantía establecido.

16. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN

La prestación del servicio de la Página web y las presentes Condiciones Generales de Uso y políticas de compra de la página Web y las particulares que se llegaren a establecer, se rigen por la ley colombiana. 17. HORARIO DE RECEPCIÓN Y ENVÍO DE VENTAS VIRTUALES

Si la compra se recibe antes de las 12:00 m, cuenta como día hábil. Después de esta hora, se contará al siguiente día hábil, laborable, de lunes a viernes. Este plazo de entrega comienza a ser efectivo en el momento en el que se envía el producto.

  • El envío de los artículos comprados en www.acquerello.co se realizará a través DHL y será entregado en un plazo aproximado de 5 a 10 días hábiles

  • El seguimiento de los pedidos podrá realizarse a través de la Página Web de DHL o donde se indicará en cada momento, en qué lugar se encuentra la mercancía hasta su recepción definitiva.
  • El precio del transporte se saca de las tarifas fijas que maneja cada empresa transportadora. El precio exacto del transporte se calculará al incluir cada artículo en el carrito de compras y figurará desglosado en la página que resume la compra antes de la confirmación del pedido por el cliente mediante clic en el botón “Confirmar pago” y antes de la introducción de los datos de pago.
  • Los costos de envío pueden ser modificados en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
