Acquerello makes its international shipments with the DHL Company. No refunds are made with international purchases, they will not be accepted or processed so place your order carefully.

 

If an out-of-stock item is purchased by mistake, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a replacement, credit note or full refund.

Shipping methods:

 

DHL delivery from 1 to 8 business days after purchase.

 

IMPORTANT: all orders will be shipped the next business day from Bogota, Colombia. Purchases made on weekends and Colombian holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Note: Duties and taxes costs are not included in the price. We ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DAP). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are set by the local customs authorities. The customer is responsible for these costs, we recommend that you check your local customs website for estimated costs.
